• The APAC New & Newly Renovated Hotels Opening Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings at newly opened and newly renovated participating IHG® branded hotels and resorts in Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, Australasia, and the South Pacific Islands (the “Participating Hotels”).
• Eligible stays are valid from the Opening Date of each Participating Hotel up to six (6) months after the Opening Date.
• Bookings must be made using Best Available Rates, including:
  • Best Flexible Rate
  • Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast
  • Book Early and Save
  • Book Early and Save with Breakfast
• The Promotion offers the hotel’s best available rate, which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate.
• IHG One Rewards members are eligible to receive an additional 10% discount when booking directly through IHG channels.
• Promotion availability may vary by hotel and by date and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Rates are per room, per night, for up to two adults sharing a room, and are subject to availability during the stay dates.
• Selected rates may include breakfast for one or two guests, depending on the rate booked.
• Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas are excluded from this Promotion.
• Promotion is valid only at Participating Hotels opening or re-opening under an IHG brand within the eligible regions.
• Opening Dates and Promotion expiry dates vary by hotel; refer to the booking page of each Participating Hotel for details.
• Promotion is valid for varying lengths of stay with a minimum stay of one (1) night.
  • Some hotels may require a longer minimum stay, which will be stated at booking.
• Bookings must be made at least three (3) days prior to arrival.
• Book Early and Save rates are non-refundable and require full prepayment at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
  • Once confirmed, the credit card will be charged for the full booking amount, regardless of whether the stay is used.
• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• At Holiday Inn, kids aged 12 and under stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents and eat free in the all-day dining restaurant when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO, or directly at the hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points.
• Standard IHG One Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
• IHG reserves the right to remove points or cancel accounts if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.
• Taxes, service charges, and credit card surcharges are not included.
• Excluded charges include in-room dining, minibar purchases, and private dining.
• A credit card guarantee is required to make a booking.
• The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings.
• Unused components have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Rates are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply at some Participating Hotels.
• The final bill will be charged in the hotel’s local currency.
• Hotel-specific early departure fees may apply.
• IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice and without liability.
