IHG® Hotels & Resorts | Visa 20% Discount Terms & Conditions

1. The Visa Offer (the “Offer”) is a discount of at least 20% off the Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate at participating hotels.

2. Book  between 00:01 EST on 1 January 2025 and 23:59 EST on 31 December 2025 at participating IHG branded hotels between 3 January 2025 and 3 January 2026 (both dates inclusive) for a stay.

3. The Offer is available to current, eligible cardholders of Visa (the “Eligible Member”) residing in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Maldives, Laos, Japan, Micronesia, Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific Islands, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. IHG Hotels reserve the right to request proof of eligibility of Visa cardholder at check-in. 

4. There is a requirement to be an IHG One Rewards member to redeem this Offer. Membership of IHG One Rewards is free. See www.ihgonerewards.com for further information and to enrol.

5. Eligible Visa cardholders can make bookings either through official Visa channels or via the following link https://www.ihg.com/visaoffer at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts.

6. Bookings must be made at least seven (7) days in advance of arrival. Cancellation within 7 days of check-in will result in a 1-night charge. Bookings include a stay on at least one night from Thursday to Sunday.

7. 9. Offer is only available at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts properties in select destinations around the world. Rates are limited and subject to availability.

10. Rate details may vary by region and by participating hotel. Any unused components of the rate are non-refundable. No retroactive points will be awarded for nights stayed prior to IHG One Rewards enrolment. Blackout dates (days when the Offer may not be available) may apply at selected participating hotels. Rates are per room, per night, and extra person charges and rollaway bed charges may apply. Not applicable to group bookings. Other restrictions may apply. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges, including food and beverages.

11. IHG reserves the right to cancel, terminate or amend the Offer or these terms at any time with or without prior notification.

Sections 11-15 apply to Eligible Members of IHG One Rewards.

12. In the event that two or more than two Eligible Members who are also IHG One Rewards members check-in the same one room at the same time, Rewards points will only be credited to the account of one of such members who made the booking.

13. IHG One Rewards points will be deposited to the Eligible Member’s IHG One Rewards account in 4-6 weeks.

14. If any Eligible Member is found conducting fraud or misusing regarding this Offer, IHG One Rewards has the full right and discretion to withdraw the rewards to such Eligible Member or even close the IHG One Rewards account of such Eligible Member.

15. This Offer qualifies for IHG One Rewards points but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion and has no cash value.

Offer Period & Registration

1. Limited Time Offer: 1 November 2025 – 31 December 2025 (Registration Period).
2. To participate, individuals must enroll via the “Visa New Member 5K Points” landing page and become an IHG One Rewards member during the Registration Period.
3. Members can earn 5,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points after completing a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay booked directly with IHG.

Eligibility & Qualifying Stays

• Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay:
  1. Minimum 1 room night during the Offer Period.
  2. Stay must be at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate with a minimum spend of $30 USD (or local currency equivalent) per night.
  3. Reservation must be booked using the member’s IHG One Rewards number.
• Exclusions:
  1. Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: Points may be earned/redeemed, but other benefits may not apply.
  2. Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Excludes properties in Cuba.
  3. Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not eligible.

Points Awarding

1. Offer can be redeemed once per member, with a maximum of 5,000 bonus points.
2. Bonus points are not Elite status qualifying.
3. Points may take up to 6 weeks to post to the member’s account.
4. Points earned can be used for Reward Nights, merchandise, or other redemption opportunities permitted under IHG One Rewards.

Membership & Fraud Policies

1. Participation is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.
2. IHG reserves the right to:
   • Withdraw points if posted in error.
   • Revoke points, downgrade status, or cancel an account if fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected.
3. Interpretation of the Offer and its Terms & Conditions is at IHG’s discretion, and IHG may cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer.

Other Notes
