Who Is Eligible

• Friends and family of full-time or part-time employees of IHG, IHG hotel owners/managers, or franchisees
• Guests must be 18 years or older and have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence
• Booking must be made using a participant-issued Friends & Family booking link

Key Booking Rules

• Valid for room-only bookings (not packages or add-ons)
• Reservations must be made through the official Friends & Family promotion booking website
• Maximum stay: 7 consecutive nights
• Maximum rooms: 5 rooms per stay
• Rates are non-commissionable and not bookable via travel agents

• Eligible stays earn IHG One Rewards points
• Standard elite benefits apply based on member tier (subject to hotel policy)

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A first-night deposit is required at booking
• Deposit is refundable if cancelled according to the hotel’s cancellation policy
• For California hotels only:
– Deposit is refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made 72+ hours before check-in

• Available only to friends and family of full-time and part-time employees of:
  • IHG companies
  • IHG hotel owners or managers
  • IHG franchisees
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence.
• Valid at participating IHG hotels for room-only bookings (not valid for packages or other components).
• Eligible to earn IHG One Rewards points.
• Reservations must be booked through a Participant’s unique URL on the Friends & Family Promotion reservation website.
• Subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
• Not bookable by travel agents and not commissionable.
• All bookings are subject to each hotel’s standard reservation and cancellation policies.
• Maximum stay: 7 nights per booking.
• Maximum rooms: 5 rooms per stay.
• A first-night deposit is required.
  • Deposit is refundable if cancelled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • California hotels only: Deposit is refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation confirmation, provided the booking is made 72 hours or more before check-in.
• All Friends & Family Rate bookings are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and standard service charges.
• The Friends & Family Rate is determined independently by each hotel and may vary by:
