Key Terms & Conditions to Watch

• Bonus points and Elite Night Credits apply only to qualifying spend completed within the Offer Period
• Maximum of 120,000 points per qualifying stay, meeting, or event
• Bonus Elite Night Credits count toward Elite Status and Milestone Rewards, but not as rollover nights
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Group bookings of 10+ rooms or attendees may require a direct hotel contract
• Fraud, misuse, or abuse may result in forfeiture of points or account termination
• IHG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility:
  • Must be an IHG Business Rewards member.
  • Member must have registered for the Offer via the promotional materials (“register now”).
  • Registration constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
• Offer Details:
  • Earn double IHG One Rewards points on Qualifying Spend for stays, meetings, and/or events booked 1 Oct 2025 – 4 Mar 2026 (Booking Period) and completed 1 Oct 2025 – 31 Aug 2026 (Offer Period).
  • Earn 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits for every $3,000 USD Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period (up to 10 credits).
  • Bonus points and Bonus Elite Night Credits may take up to six (6) weeks to post to the member’s account.
• Points Calculation:
  • “2X” or “double points” means total points = 2 × base points.
  • Earn 3 base points + 3 bonus points per $1 USD of Qualifying Spend (total 6 points per $1 USD).
  • Base points count as Elite Qualifying Points.
  • Bonus points are Non-Elite Qualifying Points.
  • Bonus Elite Night Credits count as Elite Qualifying Nights but do not count as Rollover Nights or for other purposes under IHG One Rewards.
• Qualifying Spend:
  • Points are awarded only on Qualifying Spend within the Offer Period.
  • No limit on the number of stays, meetings, or events.
  • Maximum of 120,000 total points per qualifying stay, meeting, and/or event.
  • Spend outside the Booking Period or Offer Period does not qualify.
  • Additional details on Qualifying Spend are in the IHG Business Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.
• Examples:
  • $5,000 USD Qualifying Spend → 30,000 points (15,000 base + 15,000 bonus) + 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits.
  • $20,000 USD Qualifying Spend → 120,000 points (60,000 base + 60,000 bonus) + 10 Bonus Elite Night Credits.
• Participating Hotels:
  • Available at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts in the U.S., Canada, Latin America & Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Middle East, Japan, Micronesia, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Greater China, South Pacific.
  • Exclusions: Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas, Ruby Hotels, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, and other alliance hotels not participating in or excluded from IHG Business Rewards.
• Booking Requirements:
  • Confirm the hotel is participating for the Offer.
  • Group bookings (≥10 rooms or attendees) may require direct booking and signed contract.
  • Reservation must be linked to the member’s IHG One Rewards account via official IHG.com online booking site.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Membership & Points Conditions:
  • Subject to IHG One Rewards programme Terms & Conditions.
  • IHG may withdraw points if deposited in error or revoke points/accounts for abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • IHG reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Offer.
  • Valid only for original recipients; non-transferable.
  • Inquiries must be made by 31 Oct 2026.
• Redemption:
  • Points can be used for Reward Nights, merchandise, or other redemption opportunities via the IHG One Rewards catalogue.
• Brand Exceptions:
  • Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: points may be earned/redeemed, but other benefits may not be available.
  • Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.
