✅ Ambassador membership is typically valid for one year from the purchase date and does not necessarily align with your IHG Elite status year. If your renewal date is coming up, be sure to renew early to avoid any interruption to your benefits.

❓ Q: Do Milestone Rewards need to be manually selected?
✅ Yes! Once you reach 20 qualifying nights, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to choose your Milestone Reward. After that, you’ll unlock another reward for every additional 10 qualifying nights.
You’ll have 90 days to make your selection via the IHG website or app. If you miss the deadline, that reward will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed. Also note: once a Milestone Reward is selected, it cannot be changed.
