- Traveller and Supplementary Memberships:
You will continue to enjoy your existing Traveller and Supplementary benefits until 30 September 2025. From 1 October 2025, your membership will be upgraded to ALL Accor+ Explorer, giving you access to higher-tier benefits.
Please note: this membership does not include a Stay Plus complimentary night certificate. - Explorer and Explorer Plus Memberships:
You will continue to enjoy your current Explorer benefits until 30 September 2025.

Q: What will happen to my Stay Plus complimentary night certificate?

The Stay Plus complimentary night will be converted into a “Stay One Night, Get One Night Free” benefit.
- If you have already made a booking using a Stay Plus complimentary night, rest assured that your booking will remain unchanged.
- If you cancel a Stay Plus booking on or before 30 September 2025, the unused night will be returned to your account. On 1 October 2025, each unused Stay Plus night will be converted into two Stay Plus complimentary night entitlements under ALL Accor+ Explorer.
- If a Stay Plus complimentary night has already been redeemed before 1 October 2025, it will be considered used and will not be converted.
- If you have one or more unused Stay Plus nights on 1 October 2025, each unused night will convert into two Stay Plus complimentary night entitlements under ALL Accor+ Explorer.

ALL Accor+ Explorer members receive 30 bonus qualifying nights per membership year*, equivalent in value to €2,800 in eligible spend. This makes it easier to reach the next ALL tier or to retain your current status longer, unlocking premium privileges across Accor hotels worldwide.
- If you are currently an ALL Silver member, you will automatically be upgraded to at least ALL Gold status while your membership remains valid. Gold benefits include priority check-in, complimentary room upgrades (subject to availability), a welcome drink, late check-out, and free Wi-Fi.
- For frequent travelers, reaching Platinum status becomes significantly easier—simply stay an additional 30 nights within the same calendar year to unlock enhanced rewards, higher points earning, personalized service, and more upgrade opportunities.
Membership status is reviewed annually on 31 December, based on qualifying nights and points earned during that calendar year.

The upgraded ALL Accor+ Explorer dining benefits are designed to be simple, generous, and easy to use. Members can now enjoy 30% off food and 15% off beverages at over 1,600 participating hotel restaurants and 1,200+ bars across the Asia-Pacific region.
The 15% beverage discount applies even when no food is ordered.
- Valid for groups of 1–10 people
- Groups of 11–20 people receive 10% off food and beverages
This replaces the previous tiered system offering 25%–50% food discounts based on group size, which will no longer apply from 1 October 2025. Only one ALL Accor+ Explorer card per table is required.

New memberships take up to two business days to process. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email prompting you to activate your membership. You can then download the Accor app, log in, and access your digital membership card.

Q: Account suspension
A:
Your Accor Plus account may be temporarily suspended to prevent malicious activity. This can occur if your account is accessed from a suspicious IP address, such as when using a VPN or public Wi-Fi while traveling.
While your account is suspended, you will not be able to:
- Redeem reward points for stays
- Register for promotions or offers
- Renew your membership
You can still book stays at member rates and enjoy dining discounts.
To fully reactivate your account and ensure its security, please:
