Terms & Conditions

• The Promotion is valid only for selected bookings at newly opening participating IHG® branded hotels and resorts in Europe (the “Participating Hotels”).
• Eligible bookings are from the Opening Date of each Participating Hotel up to six (6) months after the Opening Date.
• The Promotion requires use of the “Book Early & Save with Breakfast” rate.
• Bookings may be made up to three (3) months before the Opening Date of a Participating Hotel.
• The Promotion offers a discount of up to 15% off the Participating Hotel’s Best Flexible Rate.
  • Best Flexible Rate is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate.
  • IHG One Rewards members may receive up to an additional 10% discount on bookings made directly through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO, or directly at the hotel.
  • Exact discount varies by hotel; some hotels may offer a deeper discount on selected dates.
• Opening Dates of Participating Hotels vary; check each hotel’s page for details.
• Rates are per room, per night, for up to two adults sharing a room and include breakfast for one or two guests.
• Exclusions: Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas, and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts.
• Promotion is valid for varying lengths of stay, with a minimum of 1 night.
  • Some hotels may require a longer minimum stay, noted at booking.
• Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of check-in.
• The Book Early & Save rate is non-refundable, cannot be changed or canceled, and full prepayment is required at booking.
  • No refunds if canceled, changed, or if the guest does not arrive.
  • Once confirmed, the credit card will be charged for the total booking amount between booking and arrival.
• The Promotion applies only to newly opening IHG-branded hotels in Europe.
• For Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites, breakfast is already included, and the 10% IHG One Rewards discount still applies.
• At Holiday Inn, kids 12 and under stay and eat free when sharing a room with a paying adult.
• Bookings through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO, or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points.
  • Standard IHG One Rewards Terms and Conditions apply.
  • IHG reserves the right to remove points or cancel accounts for fraudulent use of the Promotion.
• Taxes, service charges, and credit card surcharges are not included in the discount.
• Excluded charges: In-room dining, minibar, restaurant/bar, private dining, and other hotel-incurred charges.
• Promotion is not valid for group bookings.
• Unused components have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Rates are subject to availability; a limited number of rooms are available.
• Blackout dates may apply at some Participating Hotels.
• Final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency.
• Hotel-specific early departure fees apply.
• IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify this Promotion or amend these terms at any time, with or without notice.
• To the extent permitted by law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
