Key Booking Rules

• Reservations must be made at least 2 days before arrival (by 6:00 PM local time)
• Stay dates must fall within 60 days of booking
• Maximum of 2 rooms per booking
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation
• First-night deposit may be charged 2 days prior to arrival
• Free cancellation is available until 6:00 PM, two days before check-in (local hotel time).

Important Notes

– Room availability is limited and may not apply during peak periods
– Elite room upgrades (for Platinum, Diamond, and Ambassadors) are subject to availability and limited to one category upgrade

1. Promotion description and booking rooms

InterContinental Hotels Group® is offering the “Elite Member Weekend Staycation” promotion to IHG One Rewards Silver Elite, Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Diamond Elite members and InterContinental Ambassadors.

4. Exclusive Promotion details

1. Enjoy up to 35% off on weekends
   1. Eligible members who book a weekend stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) at participating hotels in Greater China may enjoy up to 35% discount on Best Flexible Room Rate and Best Flexible Room Rate with Breakfast.
   2. The member himself/herself must be present and staying in the room in order to enjoy this rate. This weekend discount cannot be used in combination with other discounts or promotions.
2. Participating hotels: Search destination through IHG App, IHG WeChat Mini-program on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday nights, excluding statutory holidays in Greater China), the participating hotels in search result are with a tag of ”精英会员周末特惠可用” or call our 24-hour Customer Care Centre.
3. Guests may enjoy early check-in at 10 a.m. and extend their check-out to 4 p.m. and request an extra rollaway bed free of charge, subject to availability at participating hotels. Guests should request these additional services when booking and during check-in; their availability is subject to confirmation by the hotel.

5. Cancellation policy

Members should call the designated hotline or use the IHG App, IHG WeChat Mini Program, or Customer reservation center to cancel their reservation before 6pm two days before their scheduled check-in (local time at destination). Members who do not cancel their reservation before this deadline or who fail to show up for their reservation without giving notice are subject to a no-show charge for the first night of the reservation at the promotion rate (plus tax, where applicable). This will be billed to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation upon booking. In addition, for reservations of two or more nights, if the member has still not checked in or called the hotel to cancel by the check-out deadline on the second day, the hotel will no longer guarantee the reservation.

6. Check-in rules

To qualify for check-in, eligible IHG One Rewards Silver Elite, Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Diamond Elite members, and InterContinental Ambassadors must hold a valid reservation made through a designated booking channel (IHG App, IHG WeChat Mini Program, or Customer reservation center). Members must present a valid IHG One Rewards membership identity and booking confirmation when they arrive at the hotel (for example, My account page in IHG WeChat Mini-program). Guests who fail to demonstrate that they are a valid Elite member before check-out will not be entitled to the promotional rate, and will instead be charged the regular “Best Flexible Room Rate with Breakfast” rate for their room.

7. Promotion restrictions

1. Room availability is limited for this promotion at participating hotels. Promotional rooms and discounts may not be offered during peak periods.
2. Room upgrades for IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite, Diamond Elite Member, and InterContinental Ambassadors are subject to availability. Rooms can only be upgraded to the next room category. If the booking is for a suite, room upgrades are not available.
3. Members must reserve their room by 6pm two days before they check in, and the stay date must be within 60 days from booking date. Members can only reserve two rooms for a weekend stay each time they book through the IHG App, IHG WeChat Mini Program or call the booking hotline. A credit card is also required to guarantee the reservation. 1st night fee deposit due 2 days prior to arrival
4. The exclusive discount offered through this promotion cannot be used in combination with other promotions.

8. Other terms

1. In addition to agreeing to the terms and conditions of this promotion, participating IHG One Rewards members must also comply with the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions
2. Weekend reservations made at the discounted rate cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other member or guest in the system. If IHG® discovers that a member has abused this promotion, it reserves the right to exclude them from the promotion and prevent them from making future reservations.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IHG® reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time and for whatever reason.
